Yes, of course. Pictures of You is one of my favourite songs.

One of those bands you fall in love with as a teenager and that love never fades.

Right now Dead Can Dance is on heavy repeat what with Anastasis and all. =)

They're more like a music squad. Always the same 10 or so members, it's just that Robert Smith (the team captain) rotates them from time to time. It helped them resist for so many years. Great band. As great as Depeche Mode.

Robert Smith: 1976-now
Porl Thompson: 1976-1978, 1984-1993, 2005-2009
Laurence Tolhurst: 1976-1989
Michael Dempsey: 1976-1979
Simon Gallup: 1979-1982, 1984-now
Matthieu Hartley: 1979-1980
Phil Thornalley: 1983-1984
Andy Anderson: 1983-1984
Boris Williams: 1984-1994 (the Alan Wilder of The Cure... :D)
Roger O´Donnell: 1987-1990, 1994-2005, 2009-now
Perry Bamonte: 1990-2005 (Daryl Bamonte´s brother, and Martin Gore´s schoolmate)
Jason Cooper: 1994-now (Cure´s Peter Gordeno, though he´s a full member)

The only ones who have never came back (yet) are Matthieu Hartley, Andy Anderson... and Perry Bamonte.

Michael Dempsey reappeared in 1986 for the recording of the Boys Don´t Cry video.
Laurence Tolhurst reappeared in 2010 or so for the Reflections shows.
Phil Thornalley had been the producer of 'Pornography' before joining the band a year later on bass guitar.
Boris Williams reappeared to do a couple cameos in the late 90s.

'Lovesong' is one of my favorites. Robert Smith continues to rock the eyeliner.

I think Just Like Heaven is one of the most perfect and uplifting pop songs ever written. Utterly brilliant really...

Hmm...I wonder how many romantic comedy movies this song has been in :D I also like Robert Smith's cover of "World In My Eyes" he did for the For the Masses tribute album.

Yep, love them! Probably in my top 5 bands. I like weird bands a lot lol. My favourite cure songs are: 'A Forest', 'Wrong No.', 'Friday, I'm in love', 'Never Enough' and 'Lets Go To Bed'(for obvious reasons ha).

First band that moved me, even before I knew DM. In fact, I tried DM because my sister suggested me that anyone who loved Cure also loved DM at that time.

A forest, Charlotte sometimes, Play for today, Funeral party, a strange day, ... each time I listen to these songs I stop doing anything, and just listen and feel.

A great difference between DM and Cure, imho: After Violator DM has still remained at the top doing extraordinary work, Angel of Love is again a masterpiece. But imho after Desintegration Cure has made terrible work (sorry), you could save A letter to Elise and no more that 2 or 3 songs, but all the rest is very bad :(
