Hi Marco,

It's just Wow, wow, wow! What tools did you use to create a remix? I'm just wondering cause I'm working on new #Elektro projects on UltimateClassicRock now.

Cheers

Its very nice that you like the mix. Positive feedback is always nice :-)

Regarding your question: I dont use any secret tools. I can do a remix with only one program. I made this one mostly with Wavelab (and sometimes Cubase). I really like Wavelab. Its easy to handle. I only need functions like tone pitching, time and speed correction, mixing and some effects like hall, echo, voice attenuator .... Thats it. Ohh i forgot my instruments. Sometimes i use real instruments to make a mix more special. Guitar (Gretsch with Fender amp), organ or piano. I have a drum-set too, but i dont use it for recordings (its not the best one).

The rest is in my mind. I never could do a mix or a song in a few hours or days. I have huge respect to people like Dominatrix and co. They have that talent. They create 10 mixes in a half year, i need that time for just one. For me its important to create something really special. I have that screw-driver-thing like Alan. Nothing would left my home, until its perfect from the first minute to the last.

I am proud of the reaction from Joe Richardson. I had some nice chats with him. He is a really gently guy and a very talented singer and guitar player. I also know that Alan did hear this one too. Unfortunately i still have no reaction from him. But i never give up.

Best Greetings
Marco
