Any Cure Fans?

What I love about The Cure is that they have their sound.Quite a few really. They have some really heavy songs, and then the more well known pop songs.I just watched Trilogy again the other night, and was amazed at how Bloodflowers affected me.I'd forgotten how melancholy that album is - musically and lyrically. It's a perfect example of an album I didn't get into much at the time, but when you get older, and get in that mood,it's just perfect.
I'll make your visions sing

Love TC - Disintegration, and Bloodflowers, among my favourites.

Hi,
I've been of fan of the Cure since I was a kid.

The best concert I saw them at was in Philly a couple of years ago. It was terrific because, they seemingly played for what seemed like HOURS. lol

I love the older albums because, they just seemed more emotional.

Cheers.

Congratulations to The Cure on their induction into the Class of 2019 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with Radiohead, Def Leppard, Stevie Nicks, Janet Jackson, Roxy Music, and The Zombies.

Maybe this will open the doors for Mode soon :)

Good for them!
In an interview this summer, Robert said they're going back to the studio. It's been 10 years since the last album! He said if they can't put out an album for their 40th anniversary, they never will again.

Michigan/Ohio area people, there is an excellent Cure cover band that plays locally named ReCure. I was very impressed upon seeing them..

They were awesome a few months back!! I hoped to see them last week, but my work schedule got in the way of that. It's like Robert and Simon never left the 80's haha, they are perfect replicas.
