In 1998 I heard OWILM and had first positive thought about them and than in 1999 got hooked on the guy who was a big depeche fan, he played Home for me and I fell in love with depeche (left the guy, though :p). 7 yrs now. I was 15 in 1999. I'm a fan over 1/3 of my life now!! (*feels old* :icon_roll)

mmhh.. let me see... i was 6 years old, 1989, and my youngest uncle gave to my mom a "cassete" , (i still have it) where was the cure, the clash, new order, talking heads and DM!. Since that time, i went with my uncle to bought dm records.

BTW, my classmates didn´t talk to me, because, when they asked me " do you like "onda vaselina" (an awful "band" ) i answered them "no, i don´t, i like DM, have you heard them?" and they said " aaaah, what kind of crap they are? nobody knows them!" lol

January 2006. I saw Violator in the bargain bin, and remembered DM being mentioned in relation to New Order, so I figured "what the hell?" and bought it.
