I for it..and I know there are "others waiting in the wings", just as well! It would be SO MUCH fun!:icon_wink

Just spotted this thread...bit behind lately!:o

I'd like to come too....do I need to do anything in advance (like inform anyone or book a ticket or something?), or should I just keep an eye on this thread over the next 2 months...?

Hi guys!
I haven`t decided anything yet, but i might be able to join you guys! I`m also wondering about the tickets and other important things. I would be able to get a "nice price" ticket to Aberdeen, but what`s the cheapest way to come down to Edinburgh then??

this sounds awfully temptiiiiing :p

There is a regular train service between Aberdeen and Edinburgh. It takes 2 1/2 hours and costs about £40 on the day. You can buy tickets much cheaper in advance though. There is also a few bus services, the cheapest being http://www.megabus.com which can cost as little as £1.50 each way and takes about 3 hours. There are also a few of us who live in Aberdeen who will be traveling down by car so that may be another option.

Entry to the party is free with no ticket required. Watch this space.
